Narendra is fellow member of ICAI, bachelor of law, CS and all India 5th Rank in Company Secretary (CS) Inter.
Narendra has authored book titled “Analysis of Transfer Pricing Judgments” published by CCH and Co-authored book in Digital Commerce published by IFA, Bangalore.
Narendra has around 16 years of experience in advising and assisting clients on corporate, international taxation and transfer pricing. He has handled tax litigation before various authorities, Courts and Tribunals.
Narendra was previously associated with H. C. Khincha & Co, Ernst & Young and was founder partner of NNMS & Co, Chartered Accountants.
Mukesh Shah

Mukesh Shah is a founder partner of NNMS & Co., a fellow member of ICAI and bachelor of law. He has also completed CISA (ISACA) and DISA (ICAI).
Mukesh has been advising various MNCs on Indirect Tax and FEMA matters for more than 17 years. He is regularly appearing before Commissioner Appeals and CESTAT on behalf of clients.
Mukesh has also been involved in implementing and testing of SOX and IFC in India, US and Japan.
